Should you choose not to keep your art work, we will accept returns up to ten days. Please contact us immediately to notify of the impending return. Once received in same condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that picture colours can appear slightly different on your screen from the original work due to variations with monitors.

You can use either the Westpac secure on line encrypted server for bank card, master card and visa payments, or the secure online Paypal checkout system, or alternatively, we accept direct bank deposit (Australian customers only), money orders and bank cheques. Once you have made your selection, either proceed with the one of the secure server checkouts, or email us at sales@alicesundownart.com.au indicating the painting number you wish to purchase and your preferred payment method and we will email you with either bank details or instructions for money orders or bank cheques. Personal cheques are welcome, but will need to be cleared before paintings are posted.

For Australian customers, all prices include GST, and a tax invoice will be provided.

Free complimentary postage is provided. Dependant on size of art work, we will use either Australia Post Registered Mail, Australia Post Airmail, or Courier. For Australian delivery, allow about five working days for delivery; overseas allow up to ten working days.

Yes, items are insured until they are safely delivered.

All paintings come with our Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These are original artworks and sometimes there may be irregularities in the artwork.

All measurements provided are of the canvas or linen size. All paintings have an approximate border of 5 - 10 cms, ie, if stated size is 100 x 80, then the image would be approximately 90 x 70 cms.
